"A host of Festival favourite wines will be available"

Kicking off on Monday 11th April and taking place at all 17 Brasserie Blanc restaurants across the UK, Brasserie Blanc’s Festival of Flavour will see a weeklong celebration of fabulous food with new taste experiences, fantastic flavours and above all, fun with food, glorious food!

Festival of Flavour encourages diners to step out of their comfort zone by trying new flavours and dishes.

Highlights of the week include:

Street Sampling

Daily street sampling and a variety of adventurous amuse bouches to give passers by the chance to challenge their taste buds and broaden their dining horizons.

Super Taster Tests

Diners will also be able to take the ‘Super Taster Test’, which indicates how sensitive we are to flavours – simply ask a waiter wearing a Super Taster t-shirt to find out more.
