Rural outlooks and exceptionally large garden new homes released

Three, one-off, sensational 4 and 5 bedroom homes at Alchester Park that have just been released, all with great and impressive sized gardens up to 0.32 acres

"Every Hill development is unique"

Alchester Park is a scheme of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses being built on a site bordering open countryside in the village of Chesterton near Bicester by award winning developer Hill

This latest phase has seen the three houses be released: Plots 37, 38, and 39, all with spectacular rural views and the largest gardens.

The launch of these three stunning new homes is expected to see some fast sales, thanks to the rural outlooks and larger than average south facing gardens which range from 0.14 acres to 0.32 acres, according to selling agent Carter Jonas.

Plot 37 is a 5 bedroom house with a garden of approximately 0.14 acres (547 sq m) and an asking price of £635,000. Plot 38 is a 4 bedroom stone built house which has a south facing garden which is approximately 0.16 acres (654 sq m) and an asking price of £650,000; and Plot 39 has the largest garden totalling approximately 0.32 acres (1,303 sq m) and is a 5 bedroom stone built detached house with living room, dining room and study, with an asking price of £750,000.

All houses are finished to a very high specification including stylish and modern kitchens with Silestone worktop and upstand, built-in Bosch double oven, contemporary ideal sanitary ware to en-suites and bathrooms with ceramic floor and wall tiles, neutrally painted walls and brushed stainless steel ironmongery throughout, all with double garages and driveways. Alongside the houses, Hill has built football and cricket pitches, a well-equipped children’s play area, and a new community centre, which was eagerly awaited by Chesterton’s local residents and opened by Philip Clarke – Councillor and Head of Chesterton Parish Council on 8 October 2015.

Claire Johnson, associate for New Homes at Carter Jonas who is marketing the properties said: “More than 75% of homes at Alchester Park have been sold as demand has been very high thanks to the location, superb build quality and finish, larger than average gardens, and particularly for the ones being built with rural outlooks. Every Hill development is unique and designed to work in perfect harmony with its surroundings.

“At Alchester Park, Hill is achieving just that by building excellent homes with great sized gardens, and community facilities for the benefit of all. To have a new home with a south facing garden totalling approximately 0.32 acres in rural Oxfordshire is always going to prove popular to buyers and we anticipate that these three plots will sell quickly.”

Hill is an award winning developer having won both What Houses? Awards and Housebuilder Developer of the Year awards in 2014. They bring together contemporary design, sustainable materials and a sympathetic approach to create stunning, individual new properties and communities.
