we do many events, but weddings...they're our 'thing'. We listen, we sit down, we talk and we are really passionate about getting it right - for you. Every wedding is different and that's what keeps us alive- so, we provide you with a blank canvas upon which you can create the wedding day of your dreams. We've even created a unique and exciting place for the bride and groom to stay over... just incase you can't bring yourselves to leave!

we provide an extensive list of vibrant and seasonally changing menus. Absolute Taste are one of the most exciting and aspirational caterers in the food industry and an incredibly passionate team offering a professional, enthusiastic and flexible service to suit individual tastes and budgets. We are a dynamic partnership working closely together on every function. Often incorporated into the seasonal menus are the home grown produce or the livestock from The Tythe Barn's family farm producing dishes such as the 'Slow-cooked Deeley Lamb'. Our chefs concentrate on sourcing the best food from great producers and adding a creative twist and all food is of the highest quality, locally sourced wherever possible, freshly prepared and presented to the highest standards; we are all about taking the best raw ingredients, developing and delivering the best, tastiest menus and giving our guests a bloomin' good meal!
We are proud
of our civil ceremonies at the barn and we are lucky to have such a wonderful setting. We have had the barn licensed for both indoor and outdoor civil ceremonies and partnerships. Bridal couples have a number of options - you can hold your ceremony outdoors and use the pretty garden path that creates a spectacular aisle underneath the wisteria-clad pergola or you can marry indoors in one of our two beautifully restored barns. Whatever the season, the barn provides a wonderful English setting for a civil ceremony.
We had an idea
to create a comfortable and luxurious haven for the bride and her bridesmaids. Thus, The Nook was born. A secluded spot where they could enjoy the experience of getting ready together. The styling of The Nook perfectly compliments the character and essence of the main Tythe Barn but we have also offered the bride a real 'home from home' in the hope that she is surrounded by everything she needs in order to allow her and her guests to indulge and pamper themselves on such a special day.
