Fitch & Fellows in Thame is a shop like no other. Downstairs is an eclectic mix of art and hand-crafted items created by innovative newcomers, to very established artists and makers throughout the country. Conventional skills (fine bronzes and watercolours) sit happily beside modern glass, ceramics, mixed media and jewellery. With a small paintings gallery upstairs, there is a wealth to discover here.
Currently showing upstairs is work by local artist and author, Brenda Hurley, from now until the 25th of September, followed by 'Our Land' which will feature several different artists' interpretations of landscapes, some literal, some more abstract.
