Dance your way into 2024 Wilding-Style, with Michael Carr & Ben Wood’s beautiful NYE menu, renowned DJ Derrick McKenzie of Jamiroquai and much more.

Wilding, a unique and enchanting neighbourhood restaurant nestled in the heart of Jericho are gearing up for a magical New Year’s Eve.

Following a recent re-launch, during which the incredible talented Head Chefs Michael Carr and Ben Wood took centre stage alongside Owner and Wine Director Kent Barker, the team is enthusiastically gearing up their plans for a spectacular party to see in 2024.

Michael and Ben have created a stunning, flowing menu of small plates and sharing dishes including Venison Carpaccio & Beetroot Relish, Hot Smoked Salmon with Seaweed Salad & Hollandaise, ‘XL’ Red Atlantic Coast Prawns and a beautiful Lobster Raviolo with ‘Red Thai Curry’. Desserts include a selection of cheese from the local Jericho Cheese Company, as well as an indulgent Tiramisu Soft Serve, Candied Pecans with Dark But Fr’iendly Rum.

From 10pm, renowned DJ Derrick McKenzie is set to captivate all at Wilding with his infectious beats and expertly crafted mixes.

As a widely acclaimed DJ, Derrick McKenzie has carved a remarkable path in the music industry. Best known as the drummer for the legendary British band Jamiroquai, McKenzie has proven his versatility and artistry by seamlessly transitioning into a successful DJ career. With an innate ability to read the crowd and curate an atmosphere of pure excitement, McKenzie's performances have garnered rave reviews and a devoted fanbase.

The party will pause briefly just before midnight for complimentary bubbles and butties with which to see in 2024, Wilding style!
