Oxford Covered Market Easter Egg Hunt 2024

Chocolate eggs

The Great Covered Market Easter Egg Hunt has become a fantastic tradition in the market and a great way to really embrace Easter holiday spirit. Last year just over 44kg of foiled mini eggs were given out to those hungry market hunters.

Here’s how to enter:

Entry is £2, or £5 per family, and there’s no age limit. Just pop along to The Garden of Oxford, or Wicked Chocolate or iScream and say you’d like to enter the Easter Egg Hunt. Then you will be given an entry card.

How it works:

The challenge is to hunt out the pictures of eggs with letters in them inside or outside participating market shops. For each letter spotted, show the trader in that shop and they’ll stamp your card – and give you a small chocolate egg too!

Find all the letters on the card and then hand your card back to either The Garden, Wicked Chocolate or Iscream. They will then enter you into the grand prize draw. It’s as easy as that!
