TV Sleep Guru, Searchers Drummer and Renowned US Mindset Coaches to appear at Oxford Mind Body Spirit Show, this September.

Delphi Ellis, a sleep expert who has featured on TV shows Loose Women and This Morning; Scott Ottaway drummer with the sixties pop band the Searchers; Odile and Steve Remmert – experts in subconscious reprogramming from Illinois, USA. These and many more experts in holistic health, wellbeing, spirituality, self-help and healthy living, will be appearing at the Oxford Mind Body Spirit Show, this September.

The show is run by Deer Spirit Events and takes place at the Jury’s Inn, Oxford, Godstow Road on Saturday and Sunday 24th-25th September. It follows a successful first show at the same venue, last year. There will be around forty exhibitors per day and thirty talks, over the two days.

Delphi Ellis is there with her new book, ‘Answers in the Dark – Grief Sleep and How Dreams Can Help You Heal’. She will also be doing a talk on the same subject.

Scott Ottaway, who advocates drumming as a way of helping people with their mental and emotional health, will be running a drumming workshop. Ottaway has recently set up ‘Buckets for Bongos’ to help people with their mental health and is a regular on the Deer Spirit mind body spirit circuit.

The Remmerts will beat the show promoting their latest book ‘Change What Happened to You’ and introducing their ‘Remmert Method’, which, they say, is a process, based on neuroscience (Steve is a certified psychotherapist, Odile a mindset coach) that helps people overcome negative subconscious programming. They will also be running workshops on both days.

Also in the main exhibition, will be a wide range of readers – tarot, angel, psychic, clairvoyant, aura; holistic therapies and self-help advice and retailers selling crystals, spiritual, holistic and healthy living goods, hand-made jewellery, arts and crafts.

Workshops cover numerology, psychic development, healing, dowsing, visualisation, karma and reincarnation, psychic protection, runes and many other spiritual, holistic and wellbeing topics. Musician and spiritual teacher, Cloudsong, will be running Native American flute workshops, Banbury-based, sound expert, Marta Przbyl will lead a gong bath and local author, Denise Whichello, will be talking about her specialist subject, archangels.

Deer Spirit Events also run this show in Cheltenham, Witney, Didcot, Banbury, Thame and many other places across Oxfordshire, Bucks and Gloucestershire. Doors open at 11 am until 5pm. Car parking and refreshments onsite
