Join Hook Norton Brewery at The Falcon, Thame on Thursday 2nd April 2026, 5pm – 7pm, as they launch their brand-new April seasonal cask ale – Spring Light (3.2%).

Spring Light is hazy, zesty, and effortlessly refreshing, bringing bright grapefruit notes with a gentle hint of coriander spice, capturing the feeling of a fresh spring breeze. It’s a light-strength beer but full of flavour.

The event also celebrates an exciting new chapter for the pub, following a £50,000 investment and refurbishment by Hook Norton Brewery. The work has given The Falcon a fresh new look, inside and out and a welcoming outdoor seating area — just in time for the warmer months.

Adding to the excitement, new tenants Stephen and Sarah Jayne have recently taken over the helm and are busy welcoming everyone to their pub.

Pop down and:
• Enjoy free samples of Spring Light
• Meet the brewers and hear the tales behind the beer
• Stay a while and support this cracking local pub

It sounds like a great evening — see you at the bar!

Spring Lights will be available for a limited time at the brewery, across Hook Norton pubs, and in discerning free houses.
