Graven Hill, an innovative development of self and custom build new homes in Bicester, Oxfordshire, is holding a festive ‘Hard Hat’ event on Saturday 7 December.

Visitors will have the opportunity to take a tour around ‘The Avon’, one of Graven Hill’s 2-bedroom new build homes, and perhaps even start planning for a new year move!

Those visiting can expect to find a top-quality, open-plan home, well suited for hosting the perfect gathering, whatever the season. The development itself also has excellent transport links, with Bicester train station and the M40 close by, making it easy for friends and family coming to visit. Plus, Graven Hill’s new build homes are available with Help to Buy, making them accessible to all.

Tours will begin at the site’s brand-new Marketing Suite, situated within the recently completed Build It Education House, with buses running to the new homes at 10am, 12pm and 2pm. Once the tour is complete, visitors are invited to return to the Marketing Suite, where there will be an opportunity to chat with the sales team over a delicious mince pie (or two!).

Karen Curtin, managing director at Graven Hill, said:

“The Avon is a high-quality property that is well suited to young professionals and families alike. For those looking to start the new year with a new home, our festive ‘Hard Hat’ event offers an ideal opportunity to take a look inside, get a feel for the space and ask our team any questions.

We look forward to introducing more people to our fantastic development and our superb new build homes at Graven Hill. All we ask is that you bring a sensible pair of shoes with you!”

Spaces are limited and can be secured by visiting the ‘Hard Hat' event page or visiting the team at the Graven Hill Marketing Suite, 11 Foundation Square, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX25 2AQ.
