The Beefy Boys are bringing their award-winning burgers to Oxford's Westgate Centre this September and we're already excited for it.

Famed for their smashed patties, indulgent flavours, and the highest quality grass-fed Herefordshire beef, Oxfordshire burger lovers can look forward to a menu stacked with fan favourites such as the classic Beefy Boy Burger, the award-winning Oklahoma Onion Boy and Dirty Boy, and the bold Peanut Butter and Jelly Boy. In addition to their iconic burgers, The Beefy Boys are known for their more-ish sides and barbecue classics: Pastrami Fries, Millionaire Fries – topped with truffle oil, parmesan, and chipotle mayo, and gooey Mac & Cheese Balls.

Not a fan of red meat? Feast on Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders, Buffalo & Blue Cheese Chicken Wings, and vegetarian and vegan-friendly creations such as the Beanie Boy and Leafy Boy burgers.

Speaking about the new launch, co-founder Murf said, “Oxford has always been high up on our list of dream restaurant locations. It’s a city full of culture, energy, and food lovers, so we can’t wait to fire up the grill and introduce our signature smashed patties and dirty burgers to this amazing city.”

Recruitment for the new restaurant is now live, and job listings can be viewed at jobs.thebeefyboys.com/oxford.

Since The Store opened on the former site of Boswells it has become my go-to place to meet friends. Squishy velvet sofas, friendly staff, delicious coffee and a relaxed yet luxurious vibe (reluxed?). There’s also the possibility of spotting an A-lister amongst the mix of glamorous guests and locals hanging out in the lounge or slipping through to retreat down to the spa. I’ve also cocktailed on the roof (those views!) and dined at Treadwell, the hotel’s modern British restaurant, so I didn’t need asking twice if I would like to go along to review the new Spring menu.
