You’ll see the signs as you turn off the Aylesbury road and immediately feel excited for what’s in store during your visit. With a glass a bubbles in hand, you’ll be taken on a private tour of the house by one of our specialist wedding managers. Firstly, you’ll be shown the various options for your ceremony, sure to suit almost any size wedding, even with the option to wed outside in the beautiful gardens, if the weather allows.
Once you’ve taken note of your favourite spot, you will be introduced to the grand Monks’ Refectory, complete with a stunning 13th century stone wall and Gatsby inspired chandeliers. You will be in awe of the space. Whilst standing there, picture your entrance as the new Mr & Mrs whilst all your family cheer. Can you see it?
You will be pleasantly surprised at how quickly the Notley Abbey team can turn this room around from an elegant dining room to the perfect party space, all to be made complete by the in-house DJ or your choice of live band – or both!
Once your guests have danced the night away (and we know they will), the 9 bedrooms are just a few steps away, alleviating any worries about traveling to a local hotel in the early hours. Your nearest and dearest will feast on a delicious breakfast the following morning, much needed after an evening of celebrations.
