Inside you won’t find intimidating weighted machines or cardio devices. Jasmine’s training techniques are geared towards skill development and performance improvement - both of which are optimised using body weight, free weights and target based options.

You may believe that your health condition, previous injuries or other barrier to exercise limits your options to move or will make it more challenging to train. These specialist services come as standard in training programmes.

Motor Skills Analysis: Jasmine is a MSA specialist and can work with anyone, from any background, with any need. She uses a process of interview, research and design to create movement programmes that work without compromising your experience.

Injury Recovery to Performance: Short or long term pain, injuries and illnesses don’t need to be a barrier to getting back to fitness. Jasmine works with your Doctor and/or Physiotherapist’s diagnoses to reach your fitness goals without compromising your recovery.

Biomechanics and Movement: You can have confidence that you are getting the best movements for your goal. Jasmine understands Kinetics, the biomechanics skill required to build and load exercises, and Kinematics, the biomechanics skill to evaluate motion. She knows when to adjust traditional movement exercises for better skill development and more power output.

Advanced Fitness Programming: Every person is unique and deserves a unique fitness programme to meet their goals. Clients receive a crafted fitness programme that exceeds expectations.
