Leading online florist Serenata Flowers have analysed their UK wide customer data uncovering the most romantic men across the UK.
1. Gareth is the most generous man in Oxfordshire with Tom in second place and Robert in 3rd.
2. 83% of men in Oxfordshire send flowers to their loved ones, whilst only 17% of women decide to show their love this way.
3. 94% of men in England keep the spark alive by sending flowers for Valentines.
