IMG 0806

Gin is adored and devoured by the nation. This January why not make it Ginuary and enjoy discovering different gins and their complex identities while experimenting with creative ways to try them.

If you are looking for a local gin then why not try Cotswolds Dry Gin. A delightful blend of nine carefully considered botanicals, including local lavender from the Cotswolds and freshly peeled pink grapefruit and lime zest.

Due to the unusually high volume of botanicals used, this gin causes a pearlescent cloud to appear when ice or tonic is added, creating the beautiful and unique Cotswolds Cloudy G&T.

Recipe:

  • 50ml Cotswolds Dry Gin
  • 15ml fresh Lime Juice
  • 12.5ml Raspberry Syrup
  • 1 Egg White (optional)
  • 5 Fresh Raspberries
  • 2 Mint Leaves

Method:

  • Muddle raspberries and mint.
  • Shake all ingredients over ice and strain back into shaker.
  • Dry shake and fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.
  • Garnish with raspberry and mint.

RRP: from £34.95 | 70cl | 46% ABV
